The School of Physical Therapy, College of Medicine, at the University of Saskatchewan invites applicants for this faculty position in Neurosciences or Neurorehabilitation.


The successful applicant will:

Hold a professional degree in Physical Therapy and have at least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy
Will have met the requirements of PhD level qualification in a relevant discipline.
Be eligible for licensure with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists.
Will have clinical teaching and/or research expertise in neuroscience or neurorehabilitation.

Responsibilities of this position will include teaching, research, and service. The teaching responsibilities include classroom and lab instruction and assessment and project advising. The successful candidate will develop and maintain an externally funded research program and contribute to mentoring and training of graduate students within the MPT, MSc, and PhD programs. Administrative responsibilities include course coordination, committee participation, student program advising, and other related activities. The appointee will join faculty committed to the Schools strategic goals and ongoing development of the MPT curriculum. Salary bands for this post are as follows: Assistant Professor $86,844 - $104,357; Associate Professor $104,357  $121,871; Professor $121,871  $142,303.
