We are currently seeking a Production Lead at our Esterhazy K2, SK location. The successful candidate will be accountable for the successful coordination of Engineering, Production, Maintenance and Construction activities associated with a 7 day / 24 hour surface milling operation. This position has strong influence on achieving budgeted targets, meeting cost reduction and revenue enhancement projects. The Production Lead is the liaison between the Maintenance and Production departments.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED.
* Engineering or Technical Degree/Diploma and 4 years work experience OR 10 years of work experience.
* Incumbents must have a good understanding of mill production as well as strong interpersonal skills. Specific competencies in milling equipment capacities are essential for the successful completion of the job. A minimum of 4 years experience in an operating mill with experience leading teams while working in operations and maintenance.
* This position requires a combination of several leadership skills and styles to get results through others. Influential leadership and strong communication skills are a necessity. Organizational skills in a fast paced / high stress environment are required. Analytical skills a must.
