Service manager for busy water treatment company needed, to begin immediately.

This position requires some experience in management. Communication skills are essential as a large part of this position involves dealing with customers who are having problems, listening closely to them and finding a solution.

A high degree of organization is essential for this position to ensure customers are followed up with, taken care of, and know they are valued.

Presentation skills are also important as the job requires conducting meetings from time to time and teaching other employees how to implement better practises based on your findings.

We provide full company training include a paid trip for advanced certification for the right candidate. Paid annual vacation for yourself and your spouse is an extra perk of this job.

Experience of water chemistry or basic knowledge of well water is not required but would be considered a huge asset.

Being generally handy is also a strong asset as some of the hours do include doing miscellaneous jobs in the warehouse and office (fixing things, maintenance, etc).

The hours are Mon-Fri, 12-8 pm.
