Description

A large industrial service company has a position available for a Project Manager in the Regina location.

The Project Manager plans, executes and delivers all projects on time and within scope in accordance with business priorities. The Project Manager needs to be able to work autonomously and will not be micro managed.

Job responsibilities include:

- Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Establish and manage budget and financial reporting, project controls and documentation, interpret and analyze      reports to ensure adherence to project budget and schedule
- Manage and maintain control of resources assigned to complete project deliverables, deadlines
- Manage and oversee field operation and execution processes and procedures
- Understand and administer contracts, subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Responsible for quality and delivery of projects

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5  10 years experience in industrial construction project management. Preference will be given to a candidate with PMI certification or equivalent. Proficiency in MS office package, accompanied with excellent project management, organization and team collaboration skills is considered an asset.
