Ensure daily gas plant operations are executed safely, efficiently and within regulatory framework. Provide team leadership to plant operators and maximize the value of Nottingham plant operations through reduction of operating costs and optimization of plant sales. As a Plant Leader, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of NALs Nottingham Gas Plant which is located approximately 27 km north of Carnduff, SK. Your technical expertise in gas plant management will help you guide and mentor plant operators to optimize plant sales and manage operating costs.
To qualify for this position, you have a 4th Class Power Engineering certificate, a minimum of five years of experience operating in a gas plant and some leadership experience. A 3rd Class Power Engineering certificate is considered an asset. Your safety training certification is current and you have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational and project management experience. - Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
