RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the primary customer contact for one or more customers, representing the customers interests to ISM Canada, and representing ISM Canada to the customer as a key member of the Account team.
- Lead a team of professionals in the delivery of contracts and change orders that may be large or small, and of varying degrees of complexity focused on Application Services Delivery (ASD), Strategic Outsourcing (SO).
- Work with all ISM Canada divisions to leverage knowledge, tools, and training in order to optimize project delivery, quality and costs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 15 years experience leading sales opportunities and building customer relationships, preferably in the IT industry.
- A basic knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- An understanding of, or experience with, the processes related to ISM managed service contracts.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to analyze contract financials is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours and off site as required.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize complex problems related to objectives and implement solutions or develop new system elements, procedures or processes independently or through the matrix management of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and work with customers to determine customer requirements and service delivery options.
