Are you an experienced sales leader looking for a new challenge? Are you great at building relationships, leading a team, and putting our customers needs first?  ISM Canada is currently looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Business Management Office.

As the Manager, Business Management Office you will ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for organizations sales reporting functions. Working closely with the Sales Team, you will also be a key contributor to ISM's overall revenue achievement plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Over 5 years experience leading sales opportunities and building customer relationships, preferably in the IT industry.
- A degree from an accredited university or college with major course work in Business Administration, Computing Science, Management Information Systems and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project Management knowledge and experience or certification
- Experience preparing for and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).
- Ability to present IT solutions to customers and business partners.
- A proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction for customer accounts.
- Adept at developing business opportunities through research and networking.
- Strong sales experience and aptitude to ensure business growth.
- Sound Client Relationship Management experience and expertise.
- Sound financial management and analysis background.
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory and organizational skills.
