TCU Financial Group is accepting applications for a part time Host position, located in Regina. This position is anticipated to work approximately 65-75% of full time (24-28 hours per week) and must be available for holiday coverage as required. The scheduled shifts will vary across the 6 day work week, therefore the successful candidate must be available to work from Monday to Saturday.
As part of the Retail Team the Host will welcome potential and existing members into the branch. They will provide information and assistance within this non-traditional branch environment. They are responsible for positively influencing member acceptance of a technology driven approach to banking services. In addition, the Host will assist individuals with the use of the technology services, resolve both banking and basic technological problems and concerns, will sell, cross sell, promote and refer all TCU products and services.
Qualifications:
~ Grade 12, combined with 2-4 years of experience in a financial institution.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
~ Must be approachable, outgoing and capable of positively influencing people.
~ A strong organizer capable of working with minimal supervision with the confidence and ability to make decisions using sound judgment.
Compensation:
The starting wage for this position is $24.30 per hour.
