The position requires:
*  At least 3 years experience in building maintenance and operations
*  A highly motivated person with a strong work ethic;
*  Someone who works well independently and as part of a team;
*  Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*  4th Class Power Engineering Certificate and/or  Firemans Certificate;
*  Relevant certifications and/or designations would be an asset.
