K+S Potash Canada is part of the K+S Group, one of the worlds leading suppliers of standard and specialty fertilizers and the worlds leading salt producer. K+S is in the initial stages of developing a new potash mine near the community of Bethune, approximately sixty kilometers from the cities of Regina and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and is building its workforce to support its development and ongoing operations expected in 2016.
Based at our Legacy Site, the Panel/Field Operator (Experienced) will be responsible for the safe operation of the Production Area Equipment.

K+S Potash Canada (KSPC) is building our Production teams and will be hiring throughout 2015 (with variable start dates).
    
KSPC has developed a leading edge progression program for the production team that will allow operators to work towards further training in an area based on operational needs.  Our focus is for new employees to develop a career with KSPC and become experts in their work area.

Within the progression program, you have the potential to earn more based on your individual performance and development of experience, knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes.

Previous process experience will be recognized for placement within KSPCs progression document.
