Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Engagement and participating as a member of the Community Engagement team, the Campaign Coordinator  Melfort will be responsible for coordination of the Heart&Stroke Canvass in Melfort and surrounding area for 2016.  
This is a part-time term position from October 2015 to March 2016. There will be a Christmas break from December 20, 2015 to January 4, 2016. The number of hours required to work each week will vary and will be discussed during the hiring process.  The Coordinator will work out of their home and must have a computer and access to telephone and internet on a full time basis.  The Coordinator must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel regularly throughout their city and immediate surrounding area.

Duties
    Identify, recruit and train leadership volunteers in your community
     Ensure a volunteer is recruited to canvass all priority routes in your designated area
    Educate your community, volunteers and donors about the Foundations mission through the Heart&Stroke Canvas
    Coordinate the distribution and return of kit materials in your designated area
    Coordinate separate pick up and drop off kit events for volunteers in your area
    Monitor and oversee the Heart&Stroke Canvas in your designated area to ensure that volunteer and revenue goals are met
