Are you ready for a new challenge? Ranch Ehrlo Society has an exciting career opportunity for a Director of Property Management. This position will provides leadership and facilities management to Ranch Ehrlo and is accountable for the development and optimization of the agencys facilities, including land, buildings, vehicle fleet, and resources engaged in its management.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with the CFO to ensure consistency, quality, and timelines for internal and external clients.
- Supervise, educate, motivate, and train staff ensuring that they employ the best professional and safety methods, practices, and standards to all services.
- Review existing practices, policies, and procedures and create effective solution driven policies for the team.
- Oversee, negotiate, and manage internal and external contractors and vendor relationships to ensure projects complete on-time, within budget, and within building codes and regulations.
- Monitor expenses and property maintenance requirements, including capital requirements-analysis budgets, process, and existing costs to find cost-savings.
- Maintain all properties, including land, buildings, and vehicle fleet and act as a key liaison contact to resolve emergency maintenance issues.
Candidates will have:
- Degree or equivalent in business administration with a facilities or property management designation/certification or combined equivalent level of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience directly related to facilities management or property management.
- Strong technical knowledge of the following: safety systems, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural.
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
- Proven ability supervising maintenance personnel and working with outside vendors and contractors.
