This position provides relationship management to Corporate Trust clients, working directly with clients to service their needs.
-Meet sales targets for corporate trust solutions by responding to inquiries, building and maintaining relationships, refer sources to promote referrals for corporate trust solutions where appropriate
-Deliver relationship management and excellent service to clients
-Ensure the administration of assigned files is carried out in accordance with understood service guidelines, parameters and standards
-Ensure risks are controlled within file administration, client statements and client services in accordance with applicable legislation and the common law
-Prepare annual file reviews and recommend renewals
-Promote Concentra Trust as the system expert in Trust through the building of relationships within the company, as well as with clients and partners
Qualifications:
-Completion of a diploma, post-secondary degree or designation in a business or financial field or equivalent combination of education and experience
-5 years progressive experience in trust or the financial services industry, including 1-3 years experience in an account management or client relationship management role.
-Audit and/or Legal experience reviewing contracts would be an asset.
