When you join our Kare 4 Kids team you will:
- Provide assistance and support to the Supervisors of the B&A Program.
- Provide assistance with the overall operation of the Program, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all children under the Programs care.
- Ensure programming is implemented producing a fun, stimulating learning environment.
- Act as a leader encouraging and motivating support staff to achieve their very best.
- Maintain open communication and positive partnerships with parents of the program.
- Have a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day: You helped shape future minds!
Qualifications (but are not limited to):
- Experience working with children and the desire to serve the families of the community.
- Must be able to foster relationships with families of the program and other team members.
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment and manage multiple situations effectively is a must.
- Possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable working indoors and out.
- A successfully completed Criminal Record Check.
-A current First Aid and CPR certificate needed but can be obtained after hire.
