The Hotel Saskatchewan is looking for the perfect person to join our award winning team in the new position of Assistant Front Office Manager - Nights.

SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for providing direction and coordination for hotel personnel in all departments in the absence of departmental management. The shifts for this position run from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
    Primary area of focus is Front Desk and Night Audit functions;
    Reviewing Night Audit reports and resolving issues as required;
    Ensure proper customer relations and safeguards by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all customer complaints and/or other problems;
    Overall security of the hotel;
    Monitor building operations and systems and reporting as required;


QUALIFICATIONS:
    Previous experience as Guest Service Agent;
    Previous experience as Night Auditor an asset;
    Guest oriented with a sincere, helpful, caring and friendly personality;
    Demonstrated ability to relate to, communicate with, and motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels;
    Attention to details, order and cleanliness;
    Exceptional energy, flexibility and professionalism
    Ability to maintain composure and objectivity
    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
    Previous experience with Opera and Squirrel systems an asset.
