This position is responsible for building a cooperative relationship with Habitat for Humanity Regina ReStore donors and customers. This is accomplished by providing efficient and timely pickup and delivery of merchandise and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. In addition, this position will provide assistance to the store manager with administrative duties as required.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Organization of pickups and deliveries
Ensure donations and deliveries are done in a timely manner
Developing rapport with donors and expressing appreciation for their support of the ReStore and Habitat Regina
Ensure all donated materials have been inspected, cleaned and priced prior to going to the sales floor
Ensure all Habitat Regina equipment and vehicles are clean and identify any maintenance needs
Assist staff with customer inquiries, including the loading of purchased items as required
Assist ReStore staff as required during vacation, breaks, lunch time and when not busy
Responsible for ensuring that the waste management, recycling and salvage policies are adhered to
Assist in providing a clean, safe environment including the identification and elimination of potential hazards
Providing friendly and efficient telephone service
Performing daily ReStore safety inspections on vehicles
Other tasks or duties are required by management
Operation of fork lift, reach truck and skid steer as required
The schedule for this position is Tuesday Saturday.

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing
Retail experience
Equipment operation certification
Must wear CSA certified protective footwear at all time
Must provide a SGI drivers abstract.
