Seeking an experienced, motivated, customer service oriented Front Desk Manager.
Job Duties
Manage all Front Office operations including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, policy and procedure implementation, product quality and overall profitability
Ensure compliance with Holiday Inn Express standards
Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, address issues and make improvements accordingly
Respond to guest requests, inquiries and issues in a timely and friendly manner
Develop employee performance by providing supervision, conducting counseling and delivering recognition
Ensure employees have current knowledge of hotel systems, facilities, pricing and policies, and possess knowledge of the local area and events
Other duties as directed by General Manager
Job Requirements
Two years Front Desk experience.
High school graduate or equivalent
Outstanding customer service and leadership qualities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible schedule; must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work well without supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well in pressure situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
