Description

Field Planner

This position requires an individual who is highly adaptable, demonstrates strong knowledge in maintenance work execution, cost estimating, planning and scheduling, and the use of SAP.  This role also requires an individual who displays a high level of organizational and computer competency skills and can function in a highly professional capacity while liaising with vendors, maintenance and operational staff. Wage is $28-$30/hour depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday 8hr days, with possible overtime and paid mileage. Candidate must live within 80km radius of Edam.

Duties include; but not limited to:

    Develop processes for field scheduler, central planners as well as field maintenance team;
    Develop SAP work instructions for field scheduler, central planners as well as field maintenance team;
    SAP Process development;
    Develop planning and scheduling to the next level;
    Overall mentorship and go to person for the field scheduling team;
    Train on processes we develop;
    Assist in development of work volume and financial reporting protocol for all field scheduler, central planners as well as field maintenance team and supervisors;
    Review Notifications scope of work, priorities and LACDs
    Create Work Orders;
    Create MOCs, Prepare Gas Permits Application, and Provide Support Documents as Required;
    Schedule Work Orders from approved notifications;
    Collect completion information from all trades and TECO work orders as needed;
    Additional tasks as identified by the Area Lead Trade.

Qualifications:

    Experience with the Oil Patch Industry
    SAP knowledge is a must  
    Excellent computer skills
    Must be able to work as a team
    Mechanical aptitude
    Ability to multi-task
    Exceptional excel skills
    Good Leadership skills
    Great Personality
