Facility: COMMUNITY SERVICES
Job Description: Provides prevention services for children enrolled in the region's Enhanced Preventative Dental Program.  This includes diagnostic treatment planning and restorative dental treatment for children enrolled in Kelsey Trail Health Region's Dental program in the Village of Cumberland House 2 times per month.  
Required Qualifications

CPR Level C certificate
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Dental Therapy Diploma
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dental Therapists Association
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Leadership skills
Supervisory skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate competence in restorative techniques.
Ability to provide an effective prevention program.
Knowledge and sensitivity to cross culteral issues.
Abilitiy to work with children under stressful situations.
Intermediate computer skills required.  


Valid drivers license required as extensive travel throughout the region is required.  

This position is a Field Hours position.

Home base to be determined.  
Geographic Location: REGIONAL
Expected Start Date: October 14, 2015
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: 224.00 hours per 6 week rotation
