Description

Are you a capable, confident team player?  Do you take pride and experience satisfaction in completing tasks efficiently? Do you bring an "up" attitude when you walk into the room?  If so, then Nexon Construction is looking for you!

We are a Construction Contracting Business going through an expansion and require a part-time office administrator.  This opportunity could become full time in the future.

Duties include:
- Invoicing
- Book keeping which includes GL; Expense/Income reports, accounts payable and receivable.
- Issue cheques to subcontractors
- General office duties including documentation; building templates; organizing people/office space and appointments.
- Greet/create positive atmosphere with clients, subcontractors as you will be the first person they meet at the office.

Skills/Knowledge and Experience Required:
- 3-5 years experience
- Knowledge of both PC and MAC systems/applications
- Experience/knowledge of accounting software
- Knowledge of both Spreadsheet and Word Pro software (ie. Word and Excel)
- Must be able to create both internal documents (letters; spreadsheets) and external documents (letters; info for clients or subcontractors)
- Must have confidence in self,and possess strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
- Must be independent, self-motivated.
