responsible for day to day operations of the clubhouse; daily human resource management, supervision and scheduling of all staff, daily financial mgmt., purchasing, ordering products & supplies, organization and supervision of tournaments and special events, food/meal prep & maintenance of all clubhouse records. Be able to provide superior customer service to club members & general public. Responsible for the development and implementation of annual budget and strategic plan. Must have strong background in general management with verifiable strengths/skills in leadership, financial performance, marketing & human resource skills. Proven attention to detail, accuracy & organizational skills, proven professional diplomacy, team building skills, strong combination of written and verbal communication skills. Must have valid driver's license.
