Description

Adecco is currently looking for an experienced Placement Consultant to fill new full time job opportunities in Regina and the surrounding area.

Ideal candidate will be someone who can source and secure new business opportunities within our market and can identify top notch candidates. The successful candidate will build effective relationship with our candidates, clients and community.

The ability to consistently meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple tasks is critical in this role. Previous experience with either making outbound calls or business to business (B2B) sales would be considered an asset. Must have very strong customer service skills and able to work with a team environment.

Functions of this position include:
- Identifies and develops account prospects utilizing telemarketing, direct mail and other sales techniques to identify potential new clients for Adecco.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of the Adecco brand and awareness through advertising and public relations activities, such as direct mail and promotional programs, job fairs and as a participating member of civic organizations.
- Fills and services client orders efficiently through interviewing, testing and placing permanent candidates.
- Skill markets candidates with high demand qualifications to current and potential clients.

Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Three (3) years related working experience in a sales/customer service role, preferably in a professional field (i.e., executive, finance, IT).
- Staffing industry experience is a definite asset.
- Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail.
