Job Description
Install and maintain electrical wiring and components associated with HVAC, building management and security systems.
Install and maintain class 2 wiring and components associated with HVAC, building management and security systems.
Terminate wiring for devices including but not limited to system control panels, actuators, sensors, card readers, electric door strikes, request to exit sensors.
Install and maintain structured wire systems.
Install conduit and the associated fittings and hardware.
Test and troubleshoot wiring and components.
Assist with reading and interpret building plans and wiring diagrams.
Complete project reporting documentation
Meet customer and project deadlines.
Maintain jobsite tools and materials in an orderly fashion.
Travel to jobsites as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Valid drivers license
Must provide a criminal record check
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to manage and maintain a jobsite
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Must successfully complete mandatory safety training
Must successfully complete jobsite safety orientations
