We are hiring experienced Administrative Support professionals in the Saskatoon area for a temporary role with the federal government. If you are highly efficient and organized, with a strong motivation to contribute to a team and learn new things, this may be the opportunity for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answering phones
-File creation and records management
-Data entry, employing a high level of accuracy
-Provide office administration and support, including filing, faxing and ordering supplies
-Create, file and retrieve documents and reports
-Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is required
-Excellent computer skills, including intermediate capabilities in Word and Excel
-Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Positive attitude, able take initiative and work independently
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English)
-Must be able to be government cleared
-Needs to be a permanent resident of Canada for at least five years.
