Our client, an established financial services company in Saskatoon, is in need of an experienced Executive Assistant. As a permanent employee, you will manage an active and engaging office and provide administrative support for members of the executive leadership team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage administrative support for executive management
-Create correspondence, reports and other documents
-Prepare and distribute financial data
-Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries
-Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements
-Other projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Familiarity with investments and bonds
-3-5 years of administrative experience in the financial services industry
-Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and database management
-Intermediate research skills
-Strong interpersonal capabilities, able to lead and successfully negotiate with others
-Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to solve problems independently
-Positive and team-focused
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
Certification and/or courses in Administration considered an asset
