Our client is seeking an individual with administrative experience and strong organizational skills to work on a part-time basis. This position would be ideal for a university student or a mom looking to re-enter the workforce. If your experience fits this description, please read further.
The Role:
Responsible for packaging items, addressing correctly, completing and filing appropriate documentation
Proof-reading order forms, printing order forms and labels
Managing inventory lists
Managing and updating the database
Ordering office supplies and equipment
Admin support for the office when required
The Ideal Candidate:
1 - 3 years of administrative experience
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
The ability to multi-task and work independently
