Job Description:
Receptionists greet people arriving at offices, hospitals and other establishments, direct visitors to appropriate person or service, answer and forward telephone calls, take messages, schedule appointments and perform other clerical duties..
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
? Answer all incoming calls & handle caller?s inquiries whenever possible
? Re-direct calls as appropriate & take adequate messages when required
? Maintain the general filing system & fills all correspondence
? Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
? Schedule & confirm appointments & meetings
? Perform other general office work
Education & Experience:
Minimum secondary school completion and handling food course is required.
Experience will be asset
