--cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of Halal meat, beef, lamb, goat and chicken for customers
--take meat order and maintain meat inventories
--determine quantity and amount of meat to be prepared
--keep record of meat sales
--grind meat using a powered grinder and slicing machine
--prepare special meat cuts for sale and display
--ensure meat storage and cutting conditions are met by hygenic and safety standards
Experience:
--at least 3 years work experience as a Halal meat butcher/meat cutter
