- Oversee the day to day operations of the dairy department of the food store including ordering, receiving and stocking of products.
- Maintain adequate levels of stock in department at all times.
- Deal with stale-dated products efficiently and submit claims as nessecary.
- Maintain established sanitation procedures.
The successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be customer service orientated.
Previous experience in a food store operation wuld be an assett but will train the right applicant.
