We are recruiting a top-notch Executive Assistant to fill a temporary need for our client, a reputable Association located in Regina.
Providing executive support and office administration, your duties will include:
- Word processing of documents, reports, mail outs and confidential correspondence.
- Extensive calendar management.
- Database maintenance.
- Travel coordination and expense report processing.
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls.
- General administrative tasks.
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience providing support to a Board of Directors is an asset.
This role is client focused, so a cheerful and service-minded personality is a must!
Only candidates with 5+ years of direct Executive Assistant experience will be considered.
