Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk, just outside of Saskatoon, SK, on site near Allan, SK. This is a 6 month+ term position, mileage included. You will be responsible for scanning in documents, receiving and assessing all invoices, ensuring invoices are accurately matched to PO's and other duties as assigned. To be successful in this role you must have a strong background in an accounts payable role and proven typing speed of 60+wpm.

Responsibilities for this Accounts Receivable/ Payable Clerk Job include:
-Receiving and assessing company invoicing
-Data entry
-Matching POs
-Some other administrative duties may be assigned

Accounts Receivable/ Payable Clerk qualifications include:
- Must have proven data entry skills, preferably 60 to 70 net speed
- Working knowledge of Excel
- 2-3 years experience in an office/accounting environment
- Business or accounting diploma is an asset.
- Experience with Accounting software; Oracle, QuickBooks or Accpac
- Travel will be required (reliable transportation a must)

The successful candidate must submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug and Alcohol Testing.
