As the Employer Service Representative, you will provide customer service to employers and other stakeholders regarding new accounts, payroll completion and adjustments, and business closures and amalgamations. You will also determine eligibility and appropriate classification for new employers and will process annual Employer Payroll Statements, which generate revenue for the WCB.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a one year Certificate in Administration or a degree in any discipline is required. The post-secondary education will be supplemented with two years of successful experience demonstrating the following skill sets:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows applications
- Minimum typing speed of 35 net words per minute
- Confirmed Reliability Status (Security Clearance) from Canada Revenue Agency
