David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Records Management Clerk based in Regina.
The Role:
Scanning and indexing documents according to criteria established in the Electronic Image Manual
Coding and classifying all information received
Retrieving information and files from the Records Office as requested by the employees within one hour of receipt of the request or immediately if urgent
Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of organizational procedures related to the disposition of records
Keeping office files organized
Creating and updating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Performing data entry
The Ideal Candidate:
At least six (6) months of experience as a Records Management Clerk - records management diploma preferred
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills with experience creating templates, headers and footers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multi-task
Excellent attention to detail
