Description

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit temporary Invoicing Clerks for their busy office.

As an Invoicing clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices in an accurate manner. This role would be ideal for a focused individual who loves to sit down and get the job done!

The Role:

Enter/delete incorrect invoices into a computer system
Matching/coding invoices
Accounts payable
Compile and sort through invoices
Keep a record of what invoices have been entered

The Ideal Candidate:

6 months' previous experience
Must be willing to undergo a Drug & Alcohol test and a criminal background check
Must have at least 2 accounting classes
Experience with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and precision
Advanced organizational skills
