PART TIME NEW HOME RECEPTION (HOSTESS/HOST)
We are presently looking to hire a New Home Site Receptionist (Host/Hostess) whose primary role will be to greet and register walk-in clients, answer phone calls and provide support to the New Home Consultants.
Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Welcome and greet all visitors to the sales centre/show home
Answer telephones and inquiries
Maintain customer databases as requested
Conduct inspections to ensure sales centre and show homes are always kept neat & clean, ensuring all decorated areas are also in order; report any concerns as necessary
Maintain filing system and inventory of office supplies
Assists in scheduling appointments for New Home Consultants as requested
Supports Management, New Home Consultants and Site Administrator with administrative and sales related tasks
Assists with the set up of new sales centres
Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Post Secondary Degree or Advanced Diploma would be considered an asset.
Prior Related Experience:
Experience in a sales or customer service environment
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the public
Works efficiently in a team environment
Compensation:
$15.00 Based on experience
