Description

The Organizational Change Manager will be responsible to enhance organizational, leader and team capacity for leading and implementing critical business changes at FCL.  The successful candidate will work with the Organizational Performance (OP) team and key stakeholders to design, implement and sustain a business change lifecycle framework that supports the delivery of FCLs portfolio of strategic priorities at both the program/project level and at the enterprise portfolio level. This position is instrumental in guiding FCL management and employees toward strategic and cultural alignment, strengthen leadership, execute successful change initiatives, enhance engagement and improve performance.  The Manager will work collaboratively with the OP Director, Corporate Planning Manager and Enterprise Portfolio Manager, as well as the Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team at the Co-op Refinery in Regina, to serve as a business partner, internal consultant and coach with key stakeholders, to develop organizational, leader and team competency in effective change leadership, team effectiveness, project leadership and team engagement. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Change Management Specialists who provide critical change management expertise, advisory services, and change leadership training focusing efforts on teams and projects identified as high priority for FCL strategy execution. Approximate annual travel of 10-20% will be required of the position depending on needs and opportunities.
