Our client, a leader in the financial industry and located in the heart of the downtown Regina, is seeking a bilingual Receptionist candidate (100% fluency in French and 100% Fluency in English).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service in English and French
- Acting as a great first impressionist for this corporate organization
- Data entry and various word processing tasks
- General office duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-3 years of previous Receptionist or Admin experience
- Strong English and French verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
