If you have a passion for promoting the usability of online experiences and are excited by the challenge of bringing teams together for consistency in web content, we'd like you to join our Creative Development team to work as a permanent, full-time Information Architect (Customer Experience) in Regina. This position plays an integral role in the development of SGI's web sites. Working closely with all teams involved in the web development process, this position contributes to the planning process of various web projects by working with business and content owners to organize information, develop information architectures, and develop labeling/search systems. The position works directly with SGI's business process and content owners/developers to coordinate the planning, development, maintenance, and accessibility of corporate owned and generated web content. The position is responsible for ensuring that the presentation of online content is consistent throughout the organization and adheres to best practices in usability and functionality standards. The position also coordinates usability testing and analyzes traffic patterns on the organization's web sites to provide statistical and correlation reporting to stakeholders.
