Envirotec is currently recruiting an experienced Field Supervisor with thorough knowledge of the mining sector to lead a team within the Vacuum Truck and Industrial Services division. The chosen individual will be the first point of contact on-site and will professionally represent Envirotec while fostering professional business relationships with clients and consistently looking for ways to expand services. Responsible for daily operations, the Field Supervisor will ensure that Envirotec's culture of safety and professionalism is heavily present on-site and will utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and achieve team excellence. Technical knowledge and experience with vacuum trucks and industrial services including hydro-excavating, line flushing and power-washing will be a valuable asset in this role. This position requires travel to various work sites in the area.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract required, 1A or 3A license considered an asset
- Industrial vacuum truck and hydro-excavating experience
- Experience coaching and mentoring a high-performing team
- Passion for business development and exceptional customer service
- Safety background and/or education
- Excellent organizational skills

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate service on-site and oversee work performed for safety and quality excellence
- Lead the site-based team to consistently exceed customer service expectations
- Provide daily field-based support and provide coverage, as required for Operators who are absent
- Coach and mentor Operators and engage in corrective discussions
- Identify opportunities for enhanced or expanded site services
- Promote and lead Envirotec's safety program on-site including: conducting safety meetings, last-minute risk assessments and job hazard assessments
