This is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday.
Entry level with room for rapid advancement for the right individual. Looking for a self starting manager.
Service Sales Telephone answering, scheduling and entering appointments. Verifying customer service records and ensuring part are available for appointment times. Assist in sourcing auto parts, using guides to look up labor times, preparing estimates for vehicle repair and maintenance. Learn various tire brands, sizing, load ranges and helping customer choose the tire most suitable for their needs.
Support Maintain organization of incoming special ordered parts, cores and parts returns. Deliver return parts to various suppliers and ensure proper credit. Communicate work progress to waiting customer and service advisors. Communicate parts arrival times and take parts to technicians. General cleaning and maintenance of offices, showroom and washrooms.
Car cleaning and detailing - must do an excellent job and pay attention to detail. Products, tools and training provided. Results oriented with a desire to please customers.
