FCL invites applications for the position of Regional Maintenance Manager in our Saskatoon Distribution Warehouse located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
The Regional Maintenance Manager is part of the management team for the Saskatoon Food Distribution Centre. The position is responsible for the management of the facilities and the maintenance and caretaking teams. The Manager will prepare, maintain and report on building operating budgets and take ownership of the preventative maintenance (PM) programs for power equipment to ensure repairs are performed efficiently with minimal equipment downtime. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and testing of the facilities equipment (sprinkler, alarm systems, generator & fire pumps, roofs, refrigeration, docks & doors, racking systems, roadways/paving & HVAC systems) is undertaken and act as the primary contact for any warehouse problems related to the building and equipment (security/fire protection & refrigeration alarms). The Manager will be part of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering and 8-10 years facility and equipment maintenance experience.
