Field Hours-based on clinic operation.
Position may be required to perform visiting services at additional clinics.
Expected Start Date: November 2, 2015
Expected Up To Date: November 11, 2016
FTE: 0.60

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings
134.40 hours per 6 week rotation:  shift of  hour
