Financial Administrative Assistant
Permanent Full-Time Opportunity
Exclusive Auto Marine is seeking an energetic individual with strong organizational skills that can multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic Automotive and Marine dealership. This is a challenging and growth opportunity position for the right person.
The position will require, but not limited to, the following skill areas:
Financial Administration: Assisting in understanding a customers financial needs and providing appropriate solutions and assisting the Business and Financial Managers
Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Office Administration: Good verbal and written skills, Typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, internal communication, inventory database, and reports
Interpersonal Skills: Customer relations, team building, outgoing personality
Basic Accounting Knowledge
Remuneration is commensurate with experience and ability. This is an immediate career position.
