We have an immediate full time position on our farm.
This position will be everything from maintenance to truck and machinery operation. We are looking for a long term employee. Experience is a must and it is preferable that the candidate has or is willing and able to obtain a class 1 license.
If you are an individual who enjoys farming but don't care for the stress, our farm may be a good balance for you. We operate modern machinery on an average size farm. We are located very close to the city of Weyburn.
We have acreage living available, including an updated house with developed yard, suitable for a family.
Anyone with additional skills such as mechanical or fabrication, carpentry etc. Those skills would be looked upon favorably.
All candidates must be willing to provide a drivers abstract as well as a current criminal report. References from Canadian employers are also required.
Depending on the Candidate and their personal goals and skills the job hours and compensation can be negotiated. Total compensation range will be from $40 - $60K annually with hours averaged with time off in lieu. Bonus structure and possible profit sharing is open for discussion.
