Facility: HERB BASSETT HOME
Job Description: The Nursing Unit Manager (N.U.M.) is accountable to the Director of Care for the Herb Bassett Home for the management and quality of resident care provided to adult long-term residents, their families and community clients seeking respite care.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
-   Management education or 3 years management experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of applicable Collective Agreements (SUN, CUPE, HSAS).
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and clients

37.5 hours in a 1 week rotation. Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.
Geographic Location: Prince Albert, SK
Expected Start Date: October 12, 2015
FTE: 1.00
