Royal Canadian Legion Yorkton Branch requires a Full Time Office Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the board, the Office Manager is responsible for the financial and accounting functions of the club, including invoicing, collection of fees and payment of current accounts. This individual will also administer day to day operations of the club.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a basic understanding of general accounting principles and the "QUCKBOOKS Accounting" software would be a definite asset.
- Familiarity with the Legion and its programs/and or programs for Veterans would be an asset
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Positive public relations abilities to deal with the club's members and community inquiries
