Description

Reporting to the Manager - Business Banking Centre, you will:
    Administer and control an assigned agricultural and commercial loan portfolio,
    Interview members and potential members and analyze complex and/or large loan applications,
    Cross-sell the full range of Credit Union products and services,
    Grant and/or recommend loans,
    Be responsible for ensuring all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures,
    Be required to source new agricultural and commercial business through relationship-building Business Development activities,
    Engage in volunteer activities to benefit the community we live in.
                                                              
As the successful candidate, you:
    Are a well-seasoned professional, offering a college or university degree with a minimum of 5 years financial experience, including agricultural and commercial lending,
    Have working knowledge of various computer software programs,
    Have excellent communication skills and have dedication to providing quality member sales and service and demonstrate commitment to self-development,
    Demonstrate passion, dedication to continuous improvement, a collaborative work style and a desire to share time, expertise and success with others,
    Will be required to travel to other Branches.
