Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Even though this position is
a full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well)
Salary: $13/hr based on 36 hr/wk
Benefits: 5.9% Vacation pay
Anticipated Date: As soon as possible (At least in 3months)

Experience: At least 3 years working experience or completion of
Hospitality related program

Job Description:
    Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare,
portion and serve food
    Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    Establish methods to meet work schedules
    Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
    Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the
development of policies, procedures and budgets

Work Conditions: Work in fast-pace, under the pressure, work with others

Other: Candidate is willing to work variable shifts and weekend.
