Under the supervision and direction of the Senior Facilities Manager, this position will be responsible for assisting with project administration for the Facilities Management team.
Responsibilities
Assist the department with administrative tasks;
Prepare, track and coordinate project documents related to proposals while adhering to company processes;
Update project tracking sheets and other project related metrics
Coordinate resources, accommodations and travel for field team;
Compile project related feedback and data from barns;
Assist with administrative tasks related to tendering projects.
Participation in the development and organization of Facilities Management activities including liaising with contractors, barn managers and field team;
Other duties as required.
Requirements
Administration certificate or equivalent training;
Entry level relevant experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Knowledge of Microsoft Project (asset);
Organized, methodical, discrete and professional in the performance of all functions;
Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy, initiative and interpersonal skills;
Demonstrates courtesy and tact;
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Experience working with projects is an asset
