The Licensed Practical Nursing Instructor Aide is responsible for providing tutoring in all aspects of the Practical Nursing Program and provide assistance to the Practical Nursing Instructor instruction in all aspects of the Practical Nursing program.  The Instructor Aide must be prepared to schedule hours of work according to the demands of the position including evenings and weekends when necessary, and be willing to travel including overnight stays.

The Licensed Practical Nursing Instructor Aide will provide additional support to the Practical Nursing Instructor, this includes: classroom management; taking attendance and submitting it to the Practical Nursing Instructor on a regular basis; monitoring student progress and may include submitting reports to the to the Practical Nursing Instructor on a regular basis; and other duties as assigned.

The minimal qualifications for this position is: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse, strong communication and interpersonal skills; and a valid driver's license.  A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.
